Task

In 2016, Philadelphia seriously lacked a staple event in the social scene for young, diverse, cultured professionals. The city was challenged with creating events that could bridge the generation gap as well as be a haven for everyone to enjoy especially women. We created U+Me+RnB®️, and used a variety of R&B music, paired with visuals, incorporated live performances, and developed interactive elements to do just that. We work meticulously to carve out and create a event experience (All RnB. All Night) that would become one of the largest celebrations and cultural experience in the Tri-State area.

BUT FIRST, BRUNCH

Philadelphia Original Brunch Party

Task

We were tasked with creating exclusive flagship brunch party (combination of vibrant brunch and day party topically extends from 11am-6pm or later) option for Philadelphia’s black college-educated young professionals, natives and transplants alike. The initial challenge was finding a venue with shared values and beliefs and committed exceeding the guests, regulars and new guests alike, expectations by enhance their experience through food, cocktail and most importantly customer service. Once we were able to secure our venue(s), we curated and created But First, Brunch, a brunch where they felt welcomed and appreciated,  catered to their musical preference, and allowed them to relax and be themselves.

A HBO SERIES LAUNCH PARTY

Task

HBO summer event series, Mixtapes & Roller Skates, 4 city tour roller disco party featuring music inspired by 2 favorite HBO shows (The Deuce and Insecure) upcoming season. The event featured musical curators, open bar, custom skate designs, a 360-photo booth, and exclusive upcoming season sneak peeks.

Our Role

  • Hired as a multi-cultural specialist for Philadelphia & Houston events (Black and Latinx focus)

Task

Slutty Vegan (fast-casual junk food completely plant-based) and Pinky Cole, Founder/CEO, wanted to take their sought-after brick and mortar food experience on a nationwide tour. Having the desire to bring their tour to Philly, they needed logistical and production support with their activation. In order to do pop-up store they needed to take over an existing restaurant’s kitchen and broker a sales deal with restaurant. This  pop-up featured local DJs and host, hand-picked menu of best sellers, merchandise, and specialty cocktails.
